I had previously worked on BSB Vegas show and Rich & Tone where directing their new music Vid. Day 1 they immediately took me under, opened my eyes and taught me gems that I’ve taken with me to every set, every job, every opportunity. It’s not every day you work with “directors” who also happen to be the most epic choreographers in the industry. Although the end result was fire this was hands down one of my favorite gigs of all time because of the process. (and also because BSB are literally some of the best people you’ll ever meet⠀

It’s crazy to think I’ve been teaching for 12 years, and had my own class slot in LA for 6 years. In the grande scheme; I’m still new but I’ve got some mileage on the car . Ive had seasons of being obsessed with dance; dancing till 7am 7 days/week, and I’ve also had times of 0 inspiration, 0 motivation, 0 drive. As time passes I learn that your relationship with dance is exactly like a relationship with another person. You gotta put in the work to re-fall in love with it, over and over again. What inspired you 3 years ago might not inspire you anymore today, get curious. Get adventurous.It’s late and I should stop before I rant. Maybe I’m currently ranting??? I tried eating plant based a few years ago, after one month I was miserable and immediately tore up my fave sushi spot down the street. However, here I am giving it another go and my experience is completely different. If anyone is wanting to try it I recommend starting slow (don’t go cold turkey), learn how to cook awesome vegan food and have a partner or friend to lean on!
